WHAT IS AN ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE?

Under normal conditions, you order will dispatch within 2 – 5 working days if item in stock. Delivery will take between 1 and 15 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will require longer delivery time. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the delivery fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.

DELIVERY CHARGE RATE

1. We offer local pick-up during trading hours (Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm).
2. 30km or less from our Fairfield warehouse: our charge is $120 per ground floor delivery.
3. Sydney metro within 30KM from us is $120 per ground floor delivery.
4. Over 30KM charges will apply $150.
5. Any out of Sydney metro area and interstate in Australia please contact us on 02 97284164 / 0410 732 714 for a quote.
Couriers will contact you to schedule a specific day and time for delivery, to make sure you’ll be home. If the suggested delivery date is not suitable, please advise the courier. If you agree to leave in the front door, you must leave a authority letter there to indicate this. We will not be able to be responsible for the loss after delivered.

Whilst we endeavor to meet our estimated delivery time frames. There are many factors out of our control that mean you may receive our order later than anticipated. We do apologize for any unforeseen delays however – our term is always working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
